We do this with our imported ovens from Tuscany, and fresh local ingredients. We are unique with our gourmet pizzas and wood oven roasted meats.
We bake our own bread and use homemade dough for our pizzas. Our small plates menu includes mussels with shallots, white wine, and butter, as well as the Kennebec potato chips topped with blue cheese crumbles and truffle oil. To cap off the evening, the s'mores are great to share with the table.
